For decades, Prince Karim Aga Khan has been a beacon of hope and progress for marginalized communities around the world. In Baltistan, his contributions through the Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP) and Aga Khan Cultural Services Pakistan have been particularly transformative. Over the past four decades, AKRSP and AKCSP have worked tirelessly to uplift the lives of countless individuals in the region, empowering them through sustainable development initiatives in areas of social development, economic empowerment, and cultural promotion.
The BCDF recognizes and deeply appreciates the profound impact of Prince Karim Aga Khan’s vision and leadership on the lives of the people of Baltistan.
His legacy of service and dedication to improving the human condition will continue to inspire generations to come.
